Who We Are
The Crossgates Homes Association is run by a group of volunteers who, in the midst of their own busy lives, want to make our neighborhood the best it can be. We welcome residents to join us in volunteering time and resources, as you have ideas and desires for bettering our neighborhood.

Monthly Meetings
The Crossgates Homes Association board meets monthly on the third Monday of the month at 7pm and welcomes residents to attend. Please see our Facebook Page for location each month as well as to RSVP (this helps us know how much space to reserve).

Garbage Services
We have contracted GFL to provide garbage service to our neighborhood on Thursdays (yard waste on Mondays). This service is complimentary for both our Grandview and Kansas City residents* (the latter of whom also receive a garbage pick up from Kansas City on Fridays).

*Note residents must be in good standing with annual dues payments to receive this service.
